Walker, born 1976, was born as a child in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Walker is an American citizen with African descendance. She's born to Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her mother works as a real estate agent while her father works as an engineer. Walker was educated through Germantown Friends School located in Philadelphia's Germantown area where she graduated in 1994. After that, in 1998, she graduated at Harvard College with a Bachelor's degree. Welker is in a relationship with John Hughes a well-known marketing director for Merck located in Philadelphia and the couple has two children. They began being involved in an affair.
