Noureen, the American actress of Indian heritage, was born in and raised within Georgia in New York City. She is a 1984 New York City native. Her parents hail native to Pune, India, and her sisters are twins, whom she adores. The family was fortunate enough to be educated at the top schools in America as their parents were determined to provide their children with the highest quality education.
