Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson has been an American actor for many years. Elson began her career in TV as a child model and actress. Her most famous role was Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson on CBS"Sci-Fi. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the role in the role of Lynn Tanner on the hit series ALF (1986). She worked for several years in various TV series and Movies of the week before she decided to leave the entertainment industry. Andrea Elson, Andrea Elson who was Lynn Tanner the teenaged child of Kate Willie and Kate Willie was a part of ALF for a period of time that was very difficult to Andrea Elson. People magazine published a retrospective of Elson's career in the year 2000. Elson said being a teenager in the spotlight was not an easy task. In New York City in 1969 Elson grew up into a world that revolved around travel as her father was a salesman who traveled. When she was just ten years old, she was living between New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. Andrea found an agent located in San Diego and won her audition for her first part. Fusco supported the idea by declaring, "ALF can drink beer because he is older than 285." ALF was becoming more and increasingly popular with children and so NBC informed Fusco that he shouldn't drink because kids were watching. ALF is not a good image model. Fusco was still convinced that ALF to be an adult, and was able to handle drink. In 1995 he was diagnosed with lymphoma. The cancer was successfully cured and remained in remission until 2019. The cancer took his life on 26 June 2019 when he was 75 years old at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
